It is headed by Hemant Kurande, Unmesh Bhathija, Shripad Shingne, Sanjay Deodhar & Monish Darda - people who combine more than 65 years of experience in the delivery of information technology to global clients.
Hemant Kurande - Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding Scentric, Hemant co-founded Storability Software Inc, the leader in the enterprise storage resource management space. At Storability, Hemant was responsible for the product and services vision, engineering and product management areas. Hemant has graduated from the University of Rhode Island, Indian Institute of Technology and College of Engineering, Pune. Unmesh Bhathija - Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Founder
He is one of the founders of Websym Technologies. In his role as Chief Operations Officer, he is responsible for creating and maintaining the financial, administrative and physical infrastructure to support Websym's mission. He also sets the direction of Websym's efforts in marketing and business development. Unmesh has a BE in Electrical Engineering from Pune and a MS in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida. He has been a consultant to MindCraft Inc., Palo Alto and IBM, Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to that he was a System Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, Pune. Shripad has successfully managed large enterprise software implementations. He plays a pivotal role in technology engagements with Websym's customers. He has been instrumental in establishing the open and innovative culture at Websym. Sanjay Deodhar, Director – Business Development and Alliances
Prior to this, Sanjay was associated with organizations like CITI Group, Johnson and Johnson, Fulford India and Boehringer Mannheim GmbH where he played a key role in setting up, leading and operating in domains like Accounting Services, Cash Management and Trade Finance. Sanjay has graduated from the University of Calcutta, India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, specializing in Financial Management. Monish Darda - Director, Founder
He is one of the founders of Websym Technologies. In his role he is responsible for charting the next generation technology roadmap for the company to add customer value and enhance Websym's position in delivering architectural solutions. Monish has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Pune and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida. He has made significant contributions to the software efforts of many companies worldwide, some of which include Radiance Software International - Mountain View, Sigma Systems Group - Toronto, Pacific Bell Directory - San Francisco, Storability Inc, Boston, Tata Consultancy Services - Pune and Trapedza Financial Systems, Dublin. Scores of architects, designers and developers from some of India's top software houses have gained from his experience in the fundamentals of distributed and object oriented systems and front-line platforms like IBM Websphere. |
Hemant has been a serial entrepreneur during his career and is responsible for strategy, sales and marketing activities for Websym Technologies. Under his leadership Websym has become a critical partner for several of its customers. Websym has ventured into a full service solution provider category for product companies in the USA and Europe. Prior to joining Websym, Hemant was acting CEO, CTO and cofounder of Scentric Inc, a leader in the information classification and management space. 
Unmesh manages the administration, operations and investor relations of Websym Technologies.
Shripad has over 14 years of experience in the IT space. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computer Management. His main focus at Websym is to manage service delivery and operations for a 40+ team engaged in providing development support on the Java and Microsoft platforms. 
Sanjay plays a pivotal role in Sales, Marketing and Services activities for Websym Technologies. Prior to joining Websym, Sanjay has worked with various Multinational Organizations in IT / ITES industries like Goldshield Group Plc, Cognizant Technology Solutions and CashTech Solutions. His key responsibilities were to successfully migrate turnkey Projects, Programs and Processes from clients in North America and Europe to India.
Monish has over 18 years of experience in application and system software design and development and the architecting of enterprise distributed systems.
