April 30, 2021 India: ANSA Deco Glass Pvt Ltd, the Glass decoration subsidiary of PGP Glass has chosen Websym’s FaktoryWize IIOT analytics platform to Monitor in real-time its Glass packaging decoration operations, to help streamline the decoration operations and improve operational efficiency.
The Websym FaktoryWize platform, white labelled – Real Time Manufacturing Insights (RTMI) at PGP Glass and Ansa Deco, was developed to provide stage-wise losses, production reports, and quality control workflows, as well as role-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) on the personal computers and smartphones of plant personnel. Actionable alerts are sent through SMS, email, and push notifications whenever there is an anomaly detected or a drop in production efficiency.
