- 50 parameters per machine
- Data acquisition frequency of 1 minute

Data Acquisition:
- Websym will take complete responsibility for detailing the Data Acquisition strategy in conjunction with its Automation partners and also help with its deployment (IoT Hardware, Cabling, Networking, Instrumentation/sensor/PLC implementation and networking strategy etc.)
- Websym along with its hardware and Automation partners offer data acquisition using OPC UA, directly from PLCs in native protocols (we support more than 250 industry standard communication protocols, SCADA systems etc.
- The Data acquisition strategy can be finalized depending on the machines/equipment deployed and communication possibilities from these machines. We will try to re-use any investments made by customers towards OT/Industry 4.0 enabled equipment.
- Websym has strong ecosystem partnerships with Hardware and Data acquisition software partners like DELL, Intel, Advantech, HMS, Moxa, Teltonika, Exor, Kepware etc. whose products/services we can recommend depending on the customer requirements for data acquisitions from deployed equipment.
Software Customization & Integration Cost
This will be calculated and proposed on a project-to-project basis. Services are calculated at US$ 3500/month/person on a prorated basis.
Hardware and Hardware Implementation fee
To be estimated. Not part of the offer.
Support
Remote application support will be available between Indian Standard Time (or adjusted to local time equivalent) 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. from Mon – Fri excluding Indian public holidays.
Payment Terms
- 100% advance of software fee to be paid at the time of PO release.
- 100% advance for hardware to be paid at the time of PO release.
- 50% Services Fee (software customization and OT deployment/configuration) to be paid at the time of PO release.
- 50% Services fee to be paid at the completion of UAT.
- Taxes and levies as applicable will charged at the time of raising invoices.
Payment for all invoices should be made within 15days of the invoice date.
