We offer Maintenance and Support of End of Life (EOL) products; assume responsibility to support your customers for old version of these products. We work with various Client engagements on contractual basis for bug fixing, E-mail and phone support. Our success story also includes engagements with Customers on BOT Model, where we build the initial team based upon your requirement, and then develop operational procedures to integrate them with your Core Team. We then transfer the Ownership of the team to you and provide ongoing support services.

Infrastructure

We operate out of our Development and Knowledge Center at Pune, India, which is a part of Special Export Processing Zone established by the Govt. of India. Our center has facilities to demarcate a complete client area with physical restrictions. The Center is well equipped with alternate power sources to operate 24 x 7 and have infrastructure like voice lines, conference rooms, recreation halls, cafeterias etc., thus creating a customer centric and pro-employee environment. The Facility is well connected with high speed secured leased lines, IP/VPN secured access to client infrastructure and to sensitive data with the necessary security safeguards.

Technical Support

We also provide Technical Support to our Customers or customer’s customers. We have dedicated Client Services team who manage, support and resolve issues. Our Customers can reach us through phone, e-mail or by logging an Issue directly into the Client Services Application for which access is provided. All the Support issues logged are monitored and responded and resolved as per the SLA’s. The reports are then shared with Customers there by ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Retention.
